Factory

The Traditional Shutter Company operates a fully independent production cycle. Our own joinery factory gives us flexibility and quality control advantage to our competition. This allows us to respond to our customers’ requirements and deliver truly bespoke shutters handcrafted to perfection.
Benefiting from our own modern joinery facilities we are able to go beyond the typical limitations and glitches of the manufacturing process and deliver traditional shutters to the highest possible standards.
Our production management team applies a very strict product quality control which combined with the vast knowledge of our craftsmen and the excellent wood sources we use allow us to deliver truly unique products.

We rely on very precise and modern range of manufacturing equipment and a great team of highly skilled craftsmen able to manufacture any shutter to your individual needs and measurements.

Our dedicated factory is located in Bulgaria in an industrial park within short distance from a major trans-European transportation corridor, railway station and the local airport which allow us to minimize our costs and deliver swiftly throughout  Europe offering prices which simply can’t be beaten.

The country has great traditions in woodworking and is worldwide recognized for the excellent of its craftsmen. We chose to establish our manufacturing facilities in Bulgaria because of the exceptional quality of the local wood sources, the skills and dedication of the local workers as well as the low production costs. This allows us to deliver unique interior shutters solutions with excellent quality and great value.

The Traditional Shutter Company uses only sustainable wood sources for all interior shutter ranges. We offer optional colour matching too.  Our tulip and bass wood shutters could be painted to match any colour from popular manufacturers such as Farrow & Ball, Little Green, Paint & Paper Library and Dulux.
