Had shutters installed by TTSC and very happy with them. I had had two other quotes but did not feel confident with what they were suggesting. Ted is very experienced and has excellent customer service. Took over a month from visit to installation. Very efficient on installation day and the shutters look great. Cleaned up well after the work too. Highly recommend this company. Prices are competitive too.

Beautiful shutters from The Traditional Shutter Company. I had shutters in my previous home from a different company, and whilst I was happy with them, I fellt that the quality of the wood used was not the best, and the long turnaround time ( I believe they were manufactured and shipped from China) was a slight turn off. Due to this, I started researching other companies that offered wooden shutters with a faster turnaround time. After extensive reserach, I decided to go with the Traditional Shutter Company, mainly because: the quality of the wood appeared to be the best available, and complemented the original wooden sash windows I have; the wooden frame the shutters sit on was thin, streamlined and not bulky. This is in comparison to other manufacturers who often have bulky frames the shutters sit within. Ted was highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This gave me confidence he would do a good job. The turnaorund time was great at c5 weeks from survey to installation, this compared to c12 weeks from competitor companies. Competitive pricing in line with larger competitors. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new shutters, they are a beautiful addtion to my home and complement the original wooden sash windows and frames. I would recommend TTSC to anyone looking for high quality wooden shutters at a competitive price and especially to those who want shutters in keeping with their wooden sashes and frames.

Delivery time with this company was a lot shorter than all the others we looked at, and the shutters were delivered and installed on time. I like that they don't have an endless selection of different materials, and the measurers and fitters were both very professional. Would definitely recommend!

Based on the recommendations from our neighbour friends, we had our plantation style window shutters installed in October 2021 by the Traditional Shutter Company.
The delivery and installations were guaranteed on time. The installations were carried out skillfully and professionally by Peter, an experienced fitter with his assistant George.
Needless to mention, that we have been very satisfied and pleased with these contemporary, stylish and elegantly designed window shutters. Despite being a good investment in the house, it has been transformative. We will have no hesitation in recommending the Traditional Shutter Company to anybody.

This company just gets better and better! One of the shutters neeed an adjustment after the window cleaner managed to lean heavily on one of the brackets. Ted came round today, all sorted and no charge as part of the service. Can't get better than that! First class.
